Job Summary:

The Replenishment Analyst manages the inventory across our distribution centers. Responsibilities include forecasting demand, purchasing based on that demand and maintaining optimal stocking levels. The Replenishment Analyst is also responsible for balancing in-stock inventory among the distribution centers and creating inter company transfers.


  • Replenish inventory based on current and historical analysis with focus on high fill rates, optimal product screen availability, inventory turns and gross margin.
  • Adjust forecast demand based on market price variation
  • Interact with sales, marketing and pricing departments to forecast future demand
  • Analyze vendor inventory trends and customer behaviors for forecasting
  • Produce key business indicator reports
  • Identify and forecast seasonality growth trends
  • Continuously improve forecasting techniques, analysis process and inventory strategies
  • Manage warehouse constraints
  • Collaborate with vendors and warehousing to reduce replenishment lead time
  • Identify deviations from forecast and adjust


  • Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Detail oriented and self-starter
  • Minimum of two years of experience in demand planning/inventory analyst/procurement analyst
  • Experience with inventory replenishment software
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED required
  • Tire industry experience preferred but not necessary
